2026-09-13 11:00 Hello guys. I'd like to pick your brains for a paint scheme. I'm planning on painting my Leviathan marines as Exorcists. I love weathered armour but a lot of the techniques I like use warm tones, rust streaks, brown chipping etc which I find don't show up as prominently on red armor. I'm planning on having white/ cream shoulder pads so the chips etc will show up well there and some gold trim where I can introduce verdigris to add contrast, also black backpacks etc with a orang brown recess wash. Any idea how I can introduce that sort of weathering onto the red? I'm thinking dot filtering to set a foundation level of wear and tear but then not sure what sort of colour for the streaks etc. Am I worrying too much? Thanks. Ben.

Thank you for this tutorial. For the claws/hooves -- is that black or dark gray like Vallejo Panzer Gray? What would be the closest GW red (or GW combo) to get Hull Red? -- Thanks, David

Absolutely LOVE the tip to use gloss on the eyes to give them that menacing, shark-like look. Super, super cool idea, Henry, thank you!
