Question what if you don’t watch videos and just listen - which is what I usually do …. I’m assuming they use the camera to watch ur eyes etc … just wondering if that changes things. I’m old not really on insta LOL I leave my phone done most of the time and don’t need to be on it wondering if that because I just listen and phone on silent most of the time except for work calls

My phone is in dark mode. In the evenings I need to be mindful to place my phone in another room and not my bedroom.

For Android: Go to Settings - Display - Brightness. Here is also a blue light filter (turn on).

If you click the one button three times on the side of your iPhone it turns the screen red, takes the blue light out of it.

I wonder if this addictive effect also works on laptops? Can brainwaves be read there too? I often get stuck on YouTube, but on a Windows laptop instead of an Android phone. I've covered the camera. internet via a LAN cable, not wireless.

Just remembered, one of my nieces has her iphone in black and white mode on a very low light. And I was like hmmmm, why. Well the kiddo knew more that I do as it seems, lol. Anyways, as an android user, I did the same for my phone too. Crazy we pay all this money to have them turned to black n white :D pmsl. Well, what needs doing, gets done. I put a small piece of black electrical tape over the front and back cameras on my phone and camera on my laptop ever since watching documentary on Snowden and how they spy on us using them. Easy to peel off if you need them for a photo and replace
