"Living freely begins the moment you stop running from yourself and start feeling yourself again."

In this video, I talk about what it truly means to return to your own heart. Not as an idea, but as a daily practice. I share how the mind finds endless ways to run — sleeping, eating, drinking, overworking, over-exercising — anything to avoid the emotions we’ve pushed down. But when you finally turn towards yourself, the fear softens and the calm beneath begins to rise.

This session guides you into that first step. Ten minutes a day to breathe, to feel, to reconnect. Because the deeper you come into your own body and your own truth, the more life shifts from survival into peace.

Thanks Becky! I can relate to so many of your old coping patterns (except sleep lol) 💝

Thanks Beccy, great to have the guidance! we know this deep down but imagine that it has to be way more complicated. Like most things in life! 🤗

22 hour sleep is nuts 🤣🤣

I did the same when I was younger, slept and slept. But when I did that I had like another life in my dreams. It was surreal, that dream world, very vivid, colours, music, talking to people that I knew. Even had access to my future experiences. Felt very hard to wake up. Didn't want to leave it. This started to change when I turned 27. Stopped having this ability. I miss it.

I can relate to your old coping patterns too!! I feel terribly guilty about how I was with my kids when they were younger, I worked long hours and avoided being at home. I've been doing relaxation most days since the seminar and I've found myself crying more? this is something I've found really hard to do in my adult life..... I've been much like a robot!! Thanks so much Becky :)

I needed this reminder of relaxing into the heart. I will try to do level 1 meditation. It helps me to connect more with my self. Thank you Becky for all that you do 🙏❤️❤️

Thank you! Beautiful. Ps...the volume on the recording is much quieter on these last video releases. Not sure if it could be brought up a little for future?

Cannabis if used moderately can be helpful. I remember in my twenties when Friday night would come around I would smoke a bit before going " out on the town", but the cannabis would get me in touch with all the emotions I would be avoiding and I would stay home and have a good cry instead. Apparently cannabis can ignite the part of the brain that processes emotions. I also know it can be used for the opposite, to avoid realty.

I’m going to attend your January session on anxiety and depression. Looking forward to it and thank you for sharing your story so transparently ❤️
