This workshop package brings together a recorded chronic pain session plus supporting resources, designed to help you understand persistent pain and begin building a practical, compassionate plan for day-to-day living. It’s suitable whether you’re newly navigating chronic pain or you’ve been living with it for years and want clearer tools, language, and structure.

What you’ll get

You’ll receive three resources:

Workshop handout (PDF): “Chronic Pain 30.01.2026.pdf”

Recorded session (video): “Chronic Pain Clinic .mp4”

Bonus audio (MP3): “Challanges 4 Anxiety.MP3”

Who this is for

This is for you if you:

live with chronic pain (with or without a diagnosis) and want a calmer, clearer framework

feel stuck in cycles of flare-ups, overdoing it, and crashing

notice pain and anxiety/stress feeding into each other

want practical strategies you can actually trial between now and next week (not just theory)

What you’ll learn

By the end of the workshop, you should feel more able to:

make sense of chronic pain patterns and what can keep them going

identify personal triggers and early warning signs (physical, emotional, behavioural)

experiment with pacing and “doing less, more consistently” without guilt

Build a small toolkit for flare-up days versus steadier days

reduce fear around symptoms by using grounded, realistic coping strategies

How to use the materials

Watch the video session and let yourself take it in without trying to “fix everything” at once.

Use the PDF as your companion to jot notes, highlight key ideas, and pick 1–2 strategies to try.

Keep the anxiety audio as a bonus support—especially helpful on high-stress days when pain feels louder.

A gentle note

This workshop is educational support, not medical advice or a substitute for personalised care. If you’re concerned about symptoms or medication, it’s always best to check in with a qualified clinician.
