So true 😌 - perfectionism is a childlike protective response toward experiences where we didn’t feel seen, heard, loved or “good enough”. Perfectionism creates a false sense of safety and even superiority at the expense of our vulnerability which is needed for authentic expression, deeper connection, flow, joy and creativity- allowing us to shine our true light and be who we really are. 💫 Been breaking more and more of this down in myself with your guidance and help. ✨ 🙏

Loved this! Guilty as charged. Spent my whole life creating a teflon coated protective shield of perfectionism so that no-one could get in and criticize me ever again. Healing myself has shown me that all this did was create a lonely isolated life in a fake reality. Thanks for shining a spotlight and sharing this much needed message ❤️
