I cook spicy ramyeon (Shin Ramyun brand) on stove with sliced onions and butter, then I put cheese on it. Really tastes amazingly delicious with cheese. Cheese tones down the spiciness and makes the broth really creamy. But then I found out there are instant ramyeons in cheese flavor in Korean stores. I tried it and tastes good too. But instant ramyeons really taste perfect when cooked on stove adding some fresh ingredients than the usual put-water-and-cover thing. 💜😎 Then yesterday I saw another variety of Shin Ramyun, the kimchi flavor 🙌
