April O' Neil Timelapse (Patreon)

****DOWNLOAD MP4 BELOW**** (I can't put a video file into Patreon so it has to be downloaded)

I chose one of the non-winning ideas for a little 'Nostalgia Timelapse' with a classic lady, April O Neil!

Thank you for your patronage and support!<3

This painting was made solely with the 'Gouache Brush'/'Turnip Pen' for coloring as well as the 'Blur/Fingertip' brush to gentle blending. The CRT T.V. Effect was made with a separate layer using hundreds of thinly spaced black lines and the 'Overlay' Layer Effect to give it that 'scan line'.
