We have the option to take an hour lunch or we can leave an hour early and I always think that I'm going to leave early but I can't handle being in here and have to be away from this places for an hour lol

I want to be the leave-early-guy so bad but my job is pretty physical and I need that break in the middle of the day. Typically I take a 30-minute lunch and sashay out of there 30 minutes early.
