I think the issue with the hooters guy segment was that the people producing the show/twin peaks guy realized that the bar for the women to actually get the manager because someone is too horny is too high. Like if the guy sat down at the bar and just said "whip out your tits babe" and the girl just laughed and playfully slapped him on the hand, it would look bad. Even to some extent if she came back to the Boss and said "this guy is being a creep". Because that was the kind of environment that was normalized by the establishment. It was way easier to just have him come in and be a fucking prick and get kicked out for that. Also guy getting pissed off that the girls werent helping with the barback stuff is such fucking CEO privilege bullshit, he never thought about that shit until he was doing it himself, and guess what thats just how fucking bars work dork. Barbacks do the shitty work so the bartenders dont have to, depending on location thats anything from stocking beers/mugs/utensils to ice, etc. He's literally complaining no one was helping him do his job.

Love the condescension that Randy isn't even going to remove or alter the Hotness Ranking system - just have the managers "explain it better." They got Marissa to come back for an episode of "Undercover Employees," which means either A) she wasn't too mad about the obvious snub she got, or, more likely, B) she's horribly underpaid and had no real option to turn down the show when they offered her some more money.

Working my way through these undercover bosses. I'm only 23 mins into this one and I'm not sure how any episode is going to top this in terms of absurdity and your guys' commentary. JESUS!
