HIgh Five Friday 2/12/21 (Patreon)

• Humble Bundle - $10 for terraforming Mars, small world, and Blood Rage. Really great deal. I like to try out games digitally before I get the real thing.
• Preserving Worlds - Started watching Preserving Worlds (investigating dead online landscapes) last night and the ZZT episode really boggled my mind. It seems extremely relevant to the Roblox and Minecraft gen (and especially their parents) because those platforms also allow for unlimited creation by users. It’s really interesting to see how far back the history of these games go. DOOM was a great ep too. Free to watch on Means TV you don’t need a subscription.

• Redline - It’s full octane insanity. It has a little bit of everything great about anime. Nuclear monsters, a truly unique cast of competitors, “Roboworld”, and a smartass protagonist.

• Pooh Shiesty - really good classic southern rap. Gucci signed him and it makes me old ears feel joy. Makes me feel like it’s summer again.
• Crib wars - tons of fun even for veterans. This gets everyone hooting and hollering.

Bonus, my music for the week.
