ya WoW dicked me over once as well. I had Time warner internet and it kept going in and out all the time. all streaming would pause every ten minutes impossible to watch movie. They would never send anyone out. So I called wow and asked if they provided for me and they said yes. I called time warner and canceled and then WoW came out to install the internet and the dude got there and told me wow doesn't provide for my neighborhood. I was livid! had to go crawling back to time warner when the install dude came out said all the wires that ran outside to the pole were fucked. If only they would have sent someone out when i originally asked them to. ALL INTERNET COMPANIES ARE TRASH HEEPS
