Yeah I heard using nasal spray for too long basically gives you a physical dependence on them to keep a clear nose. I understand how that shit is addictive though last cold I had I used one for the first time and it was incredible how much better it makes you feel, I'm convinced the nasal congestion is the primary cause of like half of the other shitty parts of a cold.
