!! Waiting clutching at Reaper's shoulder, needing to ground himself, meanwhile Reaper is just like o.o? Not that he's too upset, I'm sure. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) !!!!!!!! Just!!! UGHHHH MY HEART. I'm just actually weeping. I love that they're facing each other when the expired reaper is saying that one of the options is choosing to reincarnate to potentially meet up with the people in your past life if they want to be found. I also really like that we get to see Waiting big ol' eyes as I'm sure he's contemplating that and hoping that Reaper will choose that. I also really really like that we don't get to see Reaper's face here. Like, I'm super hopeful that'll be the option he'll eventually pick, but! It's all about the journey to get to that monumental decision and I'm just =^v^= But yeah. Just the sad look in that poor expired reaper's eyes. That's just devastating. This chapter!!! It was interesting to find out more about the reapers, and I really wonder what Reaper’s final wish was. I’m thinking either something really sweet or something completely heartbreaking. And I’m also kind of curious why Waiting can’t tell Reaper whatever it is he wants to say himself. Is it because he isn’t capable of actually saying something (like something about being a spirit or that only a reaper can tell another reaper about their past), or is it because he can’t bring himself to tell him (considering how traumatic their past seems to be)? I also noticed (maybe a bit late) that the other reaper looks like a pelican? And if they actually is a pelican, then what does that mean in the reaper world, considering that the reaper’s memory clearly showed them as a human? Are all reapers turned into animal forms or just some? Is Dog Reaper’s true form or just his companion? Maybe I’m reading too much into this, I just find it intriguing 😅 Anyway, thank you so much for this, I really look forward to every update 💕
