Goodness he’s so dismissive of his child. Definitely getting the vibe that Waiting just wanted to be good enough, given attention and love, and/or acknowledged in some way by his father but can’t imagine he got much of that. (If any.) Like he literally does not spare his child a glance and he wakes up in a cell????? Ughh. 😡 Also. Totally unrelated. The close up of Waiting is just 😍 Just those big fluttery doe eyes and long eyelashes. 🙈 His pretty is too powerful. Ahh yes. The long awaited flashback coming to more familiar parts. It’s so exciting cos I definitely had my thoughts/ideas of what had happened/what was going to happen and it’s been incredible just watching everything unfold. Then coming back to scenes from the very beginning which have so much more weight and feeling? This has just been incredible. 🥰
