I do love that last rally it showed, Karasuno desperately struggling to keep the play going just for Ushijima to absolutely crush the point anyways. Especially on a deuce, you just feel how devastating it is, it’s really good at conveying that feeling. Then into the great two liner by Ukai and tsukki coming back, this episode is really really good at taking you up and down and back up again.

I also wanted to mention again just in case that there are two OVA episodes between season 3 and 4 that do have plot relevance. There are a lot of things coming out rn so I don’t think you’ll have time, but I figured I’d say it again since a couple things in season 4 might be confusing. If you don’t end up seeing them, I’ll just fill you in when the time comes where it matters.

Also the anger at the end of like every episode is so real, in this season somebody really loved cliffhangers.
