I love Hinata and ik he’s the main character, but I’m so happy that someone else got a final point in a game, it feels like it’s been a while. Loved seeing asahi just crush that last kill over the blocker who got baited by hinata, I think the way the built this episode was amazing. Also suga clutching hard at the end of the game, love our third years.

The ceiling serve is a very real thing, the sense of distance plus the lights in this gym make it difficult to contest. The problem is usually having a gym with a big enough ceiling because that’s not super common. It’s actually more popular in beach volleyball and called a skyball, as the sun plus the wind carrying the ball makes it even harder to receive. I do love that this show touches on so many aspects of the sport when it doesn’t always need to, shows genuine care for the sport.

I believe the first cour ended at episode 13 and then continues from 14. Honestly I can’t wait for next episode, much to look forward to.

Also last episodes preview just being the ceiling was actually really relevant despite how random it seemed, just funny to look back at.

I love the acknowledgement of Nishinoya and Daichi for Hinata's receives (especially Nishinoya considering he's the libero). Bro is not 100% there yet but the goats Nishinoya and Daichi can tell the intentions behind his receives and how different they are from before.
