I think one of the problem is you're pausing too much before they are able to finish explaining it, but tbf there was a lot of info dump this ep too. Regardless, I think you still understood most of what was explained in the end.

Yeah it's honestly hard for me to find the balance when reacting to lore dumps rather than watching it alone. Other people probably handle it fine but for me I sadly either find myself overwhelmed from trying not to pause and then I don't process all the info which confuses me later on, or I pause too much since I'm trying to make sure I don't get lost but sometimes that makes it even harder.
