Idk what it is but to me, I feel like Chisato's VA brings another level of realism to her character that I've never seen any other voice actor do in any other anime. The way she delivers her lines reminds me of how someone like Max Mittelman (Ryuji's VA from Persona 5) delivers his lines. the voice acting feels super natural in the conversations they have and even the small things like the pitch of her voice or the changing of her inflections or even just the enunciation of the lines makes me amazed and even more immersed in the anime.

It's insane you say this because I was just playing Persona 5 for the first time in forever a couple hours ago and for sure I see what you're talking about for the VA's. Chisato's is for sure going crazy 🔥🐐

To sum up what we know so far, the Alan institute is basicly picking up geniuses/people with extreme talent at something and supports them. The owl necklace is their symbol and is prove that the person has their support. Shinji guy is part of that institute. Chisato received their support of them in the past since her talent was recognized. Guy in the picture is also just some dude that received their support
