it means usually i would've cut him off last time at his second chance but since he was part of a legit tiebreaker this is his third and final chance in the polls for atleast a good while 😅... if he doesn't make it this time i'm sorry but he's not gonna be in the next poll nor be allowed again in for like atleast half a year - it's a bit much if i keep letting one character hog up a poll slot while never making it through 😅
