Here’s the next animation update! Unfortunately it’s only been one month since last animation’s update, so render progress wasn’t as plenty, but it’s chugging along!

MEGA 1080p: Link

At least with this update, we got a good bit of the nom scene in, even if it’s only half of it. It should also give you a decent look at the new saliva simulation I’ve experimented with. I’m hoping to include it for more of the internal mouth shots, though it’s quite a bit heavy to pre-calculate and render, so it will probably only be used in selected scenes. I had expected that the new workstation’s Threadripper would help with that, but sadly that new PC will probably be in limbo for another time. I’ve filled an RMA on the system, as apparently putting in replacement parts would’ve voided some of its warranty. So now the huge crate is going back to the PC shop and they redo the system from scratch. Oh well, guess by the time it’s arriving, the rest of the first half of the animation will be rendered anyway. :’)

Speaking of which, I’m planning to get back to animating next week, as I want to animate at least one or two scenes of the rooftop battle before releasing it, so fingers crossed that I have a new playlist either mid-June or the end of it. I think by now the rendering has also caught up enough to slowly tackle the rooftop fight, of which Disregard has already animated the intro, three cheers for him!

Note that I’ve also planned to finally announce the project publicly in likely a week or so! Might be a good idea to poke my sound designer and composer to see how far they are. Apologies for the sound of these previews still being mostly missing. Usually it's something we tackle last, so it will probably remain as rough as it is until the final stages. D:

Big sorry again for the render trucking along so slowly in the meantime, but I’m anticipating that with the next update in June, the first nom should be fully rendered!

The quality throughout is mind blowingly good, like even the little things like the background objects in the environments and the visual effects. Love that first swallow too, and can't wait for many more noms to come! I really hope at least one of the vore sequences has some good struggles from space hero, your unwilling stuffs is always awesome. Keep it up :)

Ponlets

i love the slime bits :3 how did you manage to make it so good also what did you do to make the tongue look that good :3

Maw_Cam_1_000_400 FTW. WOOOOOW!!! Wish for much more of that angle when she is talking too, like when she slightly open her maw when she talks about Space Hero's deepest desires. Me next please :D

Nairik Gryphonclaw

Excited to see these various game over scenes of their duel! Keep up the amazing work Cake!

Amazing work as always! As for me, I'm doing my best not to give in to the temptation of clicking the download link for the new preview you shared. Honestly, just seeing the image in this post feels like I’ve already seen too much, haha. I really want to be fully captivated by everything Chloe has to show — I can't wait to see this queen in action! Deep down, I truly believe this spoiler-free wait I’ve imposed on myself will be worth it. I’ll wait until the full animation is released, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to show my support and stay closely tuned to this project. Sending you a big hug!

I'm certain it will be! I'm usually not super keen on showing these super unfinished previews, but then at the same time my Patreon would probably be somewhat pointless. I guess there will always be people that enjoy seeing the creation process and how the visuals are made! (:

Slime bits use Bifröst simulation, which is sort of a worse version of Houdini (shots fired at Autodesk). Tongue and mouth use a number of displacement maps to simulate a bit more folds and taste buds, clearcoat to simulate secondary reflection for wetness, as well as randomwalk SSS. Unfortunately all of these effects coming together are quite HEAVY to render, to the point where her mouth material needs more render time than even her fur.
