I always liked the idea of someone being babied for being a virgin. Maybe a scenario where you're the Listener's girlfriend early on in the relationship, and they just confided in you that they're still a virgin, and that makes you think of them as a child?

Girlfriend finds out we were cheating on her with another girl so the two of them join forces and we wake up to find ourselves drugged and diapered, our two girlfriends standing over us taunting and taking videos as we're fed milk with laxatives that cause a messy diaper and needing to be changed, and ends with one Mommy nursing us while other Mommy livestreams it.
