Enabling Yearly Subscriptions (Patreon)

Hi all!

Just giving you a heads up that we're going to be enabling yearly subscriptions in case any of you would like to take advantage of that! That being said, by doing this it WILL cause all new patreon subscribers to pay up front for whatever tier they are using.

Thanks!
Sydney & Amanda
