Sarah bought the headset because the woman in the ad looked disciplined in a way Sarah envied: ponytail perfect, stomach flat, body obedient.
She stood barefoot on her rose-colored yoga mat with the city glowing beyond the windows, wearing her pink sports bra and matching leggings. Her apartment was immaculate. Clean and tidy. It smelled of scented candles. She had felt proud of that.
“Welcome to BodyForge,” said the headset, bright and smooth. “Let’s build your profile.”
Height. Age. Goal weight. Activity level. Then current weight.
Sarah meant to type 150.
Her thumb slipped.
350.
Before she could fix it, the headset chimed.
Profile saved.
“No, no, no,” she said, laughing once. “Back.”
The world dissolved into a mirrored virtual gym. Pale floors. White lights. Her own reflection loading in front of her.
Sarah saw herself.
But not as herself.
She saw a version of herself wearing the same pink workout clothes, but her body had expanded into a rolls, and folds of fat abundance. Her avatar’s belly pushed out first, round and low, spilling over the waistband of her leggings in a heavy apron of soft fat. The fabric was stretched glossy over her hips, pulled tight across thighs that pressed together from groin to knee. Her breasts strained the sports bra until the band dug deep beneath them, lifting and squeezing their weight into two heavy, overfilled rolls. Her upper arms were plush and thick, resting against her sides. Her cheeks had rounded, her chin softened into another crease.
Sarah stepped back.
The avatar stepped back too, and all that digital fat followed a jiggling beat late: belly swaying, breasts bouncing, thighs shifting against each other.
“Jesus.”
She opened the profile menu with shaking fingers. Height, age, music, goals… all editable. Weight sat gray and useless.
350 lbs. Locked during calibration.
“No. Absolutely not.”
“Calibration workout beginning,” the trainer announced.
The first squat humiliated her.
In the real world, Sarah bent easily, but the avatar struggled. Her enormous belly folded against her thighs. Her knees pushed wide to make room for it. When she rose, her breasts bounced heavily, the sports bra creaking in the simulation like it might give up.
“Excellent effort,” the trainer chirped. “You’re really carrying it today.”
“Shut up.”
The workout was twenty minutes. Within 2 minutes, her digital self was soaked in sweat. It felt like punishment. Lunges made her avatar wobble, one hand instinctively bracing on the massive shelf of her belly. Jumping jacks were ridiculous, her body flinging and clapping itself into motion with too much softness, too much delay, every bounce making her pink-clad breasts and stomach roll. Her thighs rubbed loudly with each step, a soft, constant hush that made Sarah’s face burn.
She hated watching it.
But felt the need to keep going.
By the end, sweat dampened her real hairline. Whilst her real body was still lean and unchanged, her mind had been dragged through twenty minutes of heaviness: the effort, the heat, the cramped stance, the way her own avatar had to grow accustomed to the space she took up.
The gym shimmered away.
A restaurant appeared.
Red leather booth. Low golden lamps. Jazz humming from nowhere. Plates covered the table: pizza shining with oil, pasta under cream sauce, fries buried in cheese, burgers stacked high, chocolate cake under glossy frosting, milkshakes sweating in tall glasses. The air smelled of garlic butter, fried salt, warm sugar, and melted chocolate.
Reward Meal Unlocked.
Sarah stared.
“This is not fitness.”
Was this some kind of trick?
Her avatar’s stomach growled.
It was deep and needy. It rolled through the soft expanse of her belly.
Sarah had never experienced anything like this before.
A fork appeared in Sarah’s chubby hand. She took one bite of pasta to prove the whole thing was stupid.
Cream and parmesan bloomed over her tongue.
Her eyes fluttered.
That’s impossible!
The second bite came too quickly. Then the third. Then garlic bread, buttery and crisp. Fries dragged through cheese. A huge swallow of milkshake, cold and thick, making her avatar sigh.
“Oh,” Sarah whispered.
She ate faster.
In the booth, her giant body felt less awkward. It fit there. It belonged there. Her belly pressed into the table edge, and the pressure became strangely satisfying. The fat girl trapped in a comfortable space.
Her breasts rested heavily atop her upper stomach. Her hips filled the seat. Her plump hands moved with greedy certainty, fingers shining with sauce, reaching and lifting and feeding.
The fullness came warmly.
Not the tight little guilt she knew from real meals, not the pinch of “too much” after a second slice. This was vast. Luxurious. A spreading pressure that settled deep into her huge avatar belly and made her breathe harder. Her body looked obscene in the mirror behind the booth: pink fabric stretched over rolls and curves, cheeks flushed, plump lips shiny, eyes half-lidded.
She was disgusted.
She was fascinated.
When she removed the headset, her apartment returned: clean mat, lavender candle, quiet city windows.
Her body was unchanged. Slim. Neat. Proper.
But all night, Sarah dreamed of that fattness.
At work on Monday, she saw the avatar in every dark screen: that huge pink body standing behind her own reflection. During a budget meeting, her thighs tingled with the remembered friction of virtual flesh rubbing together. At lunch, her salad tasted thin and joyless. She kept thinking of garlic butter on her fingers, cream sauce on her tongue, huge belly pressed hard into the restaurant table.
By Tuesday evening, she told herself she was logging in only to fix the profile.
The weight box remained gray.
The workout was harder.
Her avatar seemed slower now. More aware of herself. Each squat pressed belly into thighs. Each side step forced her hips to roll. The trainer asked for mountain climbers and Sarah cursed as her avatar barely managed the position, stomach hanging toward the floor, breasts squeezed between thick arms.
Humiliation crawled up her throat.
But she kept at it. Exhausted, short of breath, drenched in sweat… but filled with anticipation.
The reward meal that night was burgers, onion rings, loaded fries, cheesecake, and two milkshakes.
Sarah sat in the booth and stopped pretending.
Just while I’m here, I’m going to be the person I am in this world.
She ate with both hands. She bit into a burger and groaned at the salt and fat and heat of it, juice and sauce slicking her lips. She stuffed fries into her mouth, breathing through her nose, eyes fixed on the mirror where her enormous avatar fed herself without shame. Her belly grew tauter against the table. The pressure turned intimate. Her thighs were wedged together beneath her, soft and hot, and every small shift sent a pulse of friction through her.
Sarah froze with a mouthful of cheesecake.
She was turned on.
The realisation hit her harder than the typo had. Heat gathered low in her body, sharp and private. She swallowed slowly. Her avatar’s heavy breasts lifted with a breath. Her belly pushed into the table. Her cheeks were red.
“No,” she whispered.
Then she took another bite.
Wednesday’s workout was nearly impossible.
She opened up her profile again.
Weight: 500 lbs.
The number sat there, gray and final.
The mirror brightened.
The woman staring back at her was immense.
Her belly dominated her, a vast soft mass hanging low over her leggings, the waistband completely buried beneath flesh. It swayed when she breathed. Her breasts were enormous, forced upward and outward by the pink bra, the straps cutting deep into her shoulders. Rolls gathered under her arms and across her sides. Her thighs were massive columns pressed together so completely that her stance had widened into a slow, permanent brace. Her face was still Sarah’s, but swallowed into softness: round cheeks, full jowls, a deep crease beneath her chin.
Sarah lifted a shaking hand.
The avatar did the same. Her whole arm jiggled.
She touched her belly.
The haptics engaged.
Not perfect. Not skin, exactly. But pressure came through the controllers, a warm yielding heaviness that made her knees loosen. She squeezed, and the flesh gave beneath her palm, dimpling before slowly rising back.
A sound escaped her.
Soft. Embarrassed.
Needy.
She squeezed again.
“Oh God.”
The avatar’s belly rolled under her hand. Sarah’s real body answered with a rush of heat between her legs. Shame and arousal tangled so tightly she could not separate them. She stared at herself, at the vastness of the woman in the mirror, and felt desire bloom from the very thing that should have horrified her.
“I’m so fat,” she said, testing the words.
Her whole body shuddered.
The trainer’s voice floated in. “Remarkable progress.”
Sarah stumbled backward.
“This is insane. I’m done.”
She tore through the menus. Settings. Safety. Account. Exit.
At the bottom, beneath a warning she barely saw, waited one button.
LEAVE THE GAME.
She pressed it.
Blackness.
The hum of the headset.
Her own breathing.
Then Sarah lifted the visor.
The first thing she noticed were her arms. They were huge.
She screamed, but the sound came out breathless and thick. The controllers were half-buried in plump hands. Pink fabric stretched across a body so large it filled her sight before the apartment came into focus. Her belly was real; vast, heavy, hot. It spilled forward and down into her lap. Her breasts sagged against the strained sports bra, enormous and weighty. Her thighs were pressed together, soft and broad, trapping heat between them.
She tried to move forwards
Her body resisted.
The effort was shocking. Her belly pulled her center forward. Her thighs rubbed immediately, forcing her feet apart. Fat rools shifted everywhere: belly swaying, breasts dragging, side rolls brushing her arms. Every movement had a consequence. Every fattened inch of her touched another fattened inch.
The apartment had changed too.
Pizza boxes leaned beside the chair. Candy wrappers gleamed near the console. Two empty milkshake cups sat on the side table. A blanket lay crumpled into the sofa, surrounded by snack bags and the warm, stale smell of chocolate, cheese, fryer oil, and lived-in softness.
This was not her clean apartment.
It was the apartment of a woman who had been binge feeding herself for a long time.
Sarah waddled toward the sofa.
Three steps exhausted her. Her thighs rubbed together constantly. Her belly swayed and wumped against them. The sports bra dug beneath her breasts. By the time she turned and lowered herself, she was panting.
The sofa sank.
A deep groan of springs moved through the frame.
Sarah moaned.
Relief flooded her so strongly it became pleasure. Her massive body spread into the cushions, heavy and held, the couch accepting her weight like it had always known her. She leaned back, trembling. One hand slid over her belly.
Her fingers sank in.
Real fat.
Her fat.
Hot, thick, soft.
She kneaded the upper curve, then the heavy lower hang. The fat shifted beneath her palm in slow waves. Her breath caught. She did it again, harder, watching dimples form where she grabbed herself.
“I’m so fucking fat,” she whispered.
The words lit her up.
Her thighs pressed together, and the damp heat between them made her gasp. She shifted experimentally. The friction was clumsy and limited by her bulk, which somehow made it worse, sweeter, filthier. Her body was in the way of itself. Belly on thighs. Breasts on belly. Arms against side fat. Her chin brushing her soft upper chest. She was surrounded by herself, trapped inside an abundance of fat.
It felt so warm.
Sarah laughed once, shaken and breathless.
Then she squeezed her belly again and moaned openly.
Later that night, she went to her favorite restaurant.
The hostess led her to a wide booth without comment. Sarah eased herself in carefully, hips pressing the seat, belly settling against the table edge. The pressure made her lips part.
Dishes arrived until the table looked like a dare.
Pasta. Fries. Ribs glazed dark and sticky. Garlic bread shining with butter. Cake. Pie. Two milkshakes. The restaurant smelled of seared meat, sugar, hot oil, and expensive perfume from the next table. Glasses clinked. Kitchen doors swung. Someone laughed near the bar.
Sarah ate.
At first slowly, self-conscious under the lights.
Then hunger took the lead.
She dragged bread through sauce and pushed it into her mouth. She stripped ribs with her teeth. She drank half a milkshake in one long pull, cold sweetness sliding down into her already stuffed belly. Her body responded to every bite. Fullness built inside her, heavy and erotic, pressing her stomach harder into the table. Her thighs rubbed beneath it. Heat pooled low. Her cheeks flushed.
She caught her reflection in the dark window.
A huge woman stared back: round face, soft chin, massive breasts, belly pinned against the table, a skimpy 6X cocktail dress clinging to every roll and curve. Sauce glistened on her lip. Her eyes looked dazed with pleasure.
Sarah stared at herself and wanted herself.
Not the old version. Not like the disciplined woman in the ad.
This woman.
This obese body.
This hunger.
She lifted a forkful of cake, thick with frosting, and fed herself while her free hand stroked the vast curve of her belly under the table. She was full, but not finished.
The sweetness melted over her tongue.
Sarah moaned softly, spread heavier into the booth, and took another bite.
