I added three additional shells, one of which I envisioned to be a dispensary. There is some contraband sitting in the building closest to Ammunation in which you can create your own dispensary.

Suggestions for the other stores should you decide to build there: cafe, athletic retail store, mini-mart/convenience store.

Enable bb.moveobjects on, bb.showliveeditobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects cheats before placing this 40 x 30 lot.

*Shooting range wall item is functional for those in the military and detective careers, courtesy of Cepzid!
