I’ve been stoked to talk about this one for a while now! It’s finally time for the meat and potatoes of this week’s She-Hulk theme and this boy is thickkk!

Jin’s been making these sudo big-fig torsos for a little while now, and this was the first one that caught my interest. It’s no secret that Jin is a master in innovating new and wild ideas into the custom community, and this big fella is no different!

The scale for one thing is just perfect, then paired with those ball-jointed arms and the fantastic leg coverings, it really brings it all together! The proportions are all really nice too! I was worried that the head would look a little small, but mostly it all works really well in tandem!

Compared to a minifig, it’s just all around good stuff! 👍🏻

I gotta say though, the color advertising left me a bit disappointed that the fig we got here doesn't match the green of the renders. I mean just look at it next to the collectors card!

To be perfectly frank, I was fully prepared to go on some long monologue about how Jin made a great “comic accurate” fig in bright spring green. But nope, they stuck with olive green and the MCU is once again safe from any fun saturated colors 😞

This fig uses some great simple print work to match with its custom elements in some really great ways. The consistency using that brighter white-green for the eyebrows and the ears and the rib cage, all to match with the torso print using those same colors and concepts… it all works really well together!

The posability of this fig is also pretty strong! Especially with those arms that give a full 360° swivel, and a 35° outward axle. Something that I wish MrJ’s Atrocitus could have benefited from

The forward movement of the legs aren’t the best (mostly because of their design on the upper thigh area) while the backward movement is unhindered! These leg elements brings my mind back to Jin’s revolutionary Sandman fig we looked at some time ago.

These custom legs feel like the next evolutionary step in Jin's leg-cover concept (now with poseable mobility!) Thankfully the minifig legs underneath are unprinted to avoid scratching.

Good stuff all around!

Oh and before I wrap it up! I love the faces! Kind of a rare praise for a Jin fig, but these two expressions are designed and printed quite well! The smirk is just perfect! (although it’s worth mentioning that it’s real pain to remove the heads from the torso piece)

But it pairs great with the custom headpiece!

But hey!

For around the $100 mark, it’s great! I’m really happy with it!
