Ah yes, the often weak-link of the Avengers. The one that everyone sort of forgets about. Good Ol’Clint Barton! But does LifeBrick see things the same way? Nope! This fig is anything but weak!

The packaging caught me by surprise. It’s a slight departure from your standard LifeBrick packaging now is it? A bit reminiscent of their older wide-tins of the past... or even something more like how L1N6 generally pack's their figs…

Sorry, sorry! I’m getting caught up in minutiae when all you guys care about are the figs! Well let me tell ya, this is a killer fig! The custom parts alone are very impressive, but that print work is SO good! Look at all that texture work! And the head prints! LifeBrick just full-on printed the collar onto the head! How genius is that!

However, that hair… I’m just not feeling it.

Like don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty well adapted to the source material, but it’s just got that sort of action-figure quality to it that I’m never that fond of. Something about all those tiny little spiky bits…

It's not even clean on the inside!

While this is a pretty perfect 3D designed capture of Mr Jeremy Hawkeye’s hair from the movie, I think I’d almost have preferred LB to have used an official hairpiece

I mean come on, night and day, amiright? It almost would have served to better blend the Official Lego atheistic into the custom aspects of this fig if LB used this one instead. Again I’m not hating on what we got here, but just look at how much better that looks!

But where the hair is a little too “custom” for me, the rest of the elements hold up well!

The overall bow/arrow/quiver set looks good! The magnet concept for the quiver has quickly become a staple for Hawkeye figs and I’m loving it! It’s even got a little bit of super dark red printed on it! (imo it coulda been a little brighter though)

The asymmetrical bow is also really nice! It’s even got the red laser-pointer reticle thing! Really a fun and super tiny detail! Although this bow was also a bit grubby for some reason...

What's the deal LB! Ya can't clean off the 3D filament dust before you pack it up into these fancy shipping boxes with prestige foam inserts and snazzy collectors cards?

The arrow is also pretty good! However it wouldn’t be a review of mine do I didn’t point out how the feathers on the arrow don't match the feathers of the quiver arrows. Those those are much sharper and smaller than this single arrow and it's buggin me

(and upon reviewing the footage, the arow is also a little bent where the bar connection is… couldn't see it in person though)

The arms are, dare I say, a crazy addition to this guy! …but why didn’t LB include some more hands? Or at least another one of those SUPER tiny wrist straps. I mean that thing is small! 👀

But back to those arms! They’re very clearly modeled after GetCrazyBricks’s “crazy arms” that have been around for the better part of a decade now. It would have been nice to see their name credited on the packaging somewhere, but something tells me that LifeBrick may have not even approached those old custom minifig veterans...

If anything, it's a nice bit of visual identity continuity.

Now I’m not the world’s biggest Hawkeye nut, but I can say LifeBrick did some good service to this look. But I think I still prefer the classic purple/pink suit personally. idk, does this fig warrant the $120 price tag? Maaaaybe? It’s good sure, but is it that good?

I struggled to convince myself to pick this guy up. I mean I see why it's got that high price tag with all these bells and whitles, but I'm still on the fence.

But I’ll let you be the judge! Was $120 too much? 💸
