Kingdom Come (Patreon)

I'm sure many of you remember last year's "Generations of Justice" series, right?* Well this was one of those planned photos that just didn't make the cut... until now!

*(If you want a refresh of that incredibly large series of posts, be sure to go through the GoJ tag to see all of those posts from last year!) :)

Within the last few months (like around July I think) I had recently bought some transparent knockoff minifigs from some random person on ebay and after fiddling around with them for a while, I came up with some neat ideas for Kingdom Come versions of The Flash and Doctor Fate!

After that initial kick-off I went to work and designed some more figs from that beautiful book and well, now here we are almost six months later! :P

I wanted to try my hand at Alex Ross's two-page spread banners inside the book where one of the titular characters is lit from above while the rest are all lit from below. Most of the magic happens in the editing of course, but you'll see what I'm talking about tomorrow :)
