But of course this is where the original inspiration came from all those years ago. From LEGO Bro on flickr, after searching probably what I assume was "Lego Flash Emblem" or something along those lines!

I took some time to refine the shaping of the bolt a little, but when it came to the white, I went with a more simplistic approach of the rounded 6x6 plates mounted in the museum. It was a lighter alternative in the hopes that the build wouldn't collapse under all the weight! :P
