...That title sounded better in my head.

Anyway, on with the video! You guys here in the $5 tier get to be the first to see this Spider-Man shot as it was being made! Congrats! :)

I started this shoot off by overlaying a section of another photo over my main one to “erase” a little peek of my lighting lamp that made it into the shot (these things happen you guys), then followed that up by giving the photo “The Works” (spotcleaning / eyes & teeth whitening / minor brightness, contrast, and saturation adjustments)

In fact, other than brightening up Kraven’s torso a little… that’s actually all that went into this shot… huh.

OKAY on to the next one! :P

I don’t think I really need to go into super-detail here, (mostly because there were a multitude of repeated steps for this one… you’ll notice by around 04:40ish that we begin to repeat ourselves a little bit, editing over previously edited areas of the photo), but this image also got “The Works”, along with some drastic contrast and saturation adjustments being applied to specific areas of the image (Robin’s torso, skin tones, and the yellow on Batman)

The only other major things to mention was the flashlight lights were all drawn and blended by hand, and that Killer Croc was edited with a strong contrast adjustment to darken him, then blended in with the rest of the image.

The third and final image (around 06:40ish) Was much the same as the last. Similar tweaks and adjustments throughout, just not to the same extremes :P

It’s funny though how despite being such a long video, there’s wasn’t a whole lot of different things to be edited. Just a lot of repeating to really get the tonal contrast and lighting that I was really going for :P

Ah well, they can’t always be super exciting, ut I hope you still enjoyed this one nonetheless :P
