The Build! Pt1 (Patreon)

(you guys should be proud of me and my documentation this time around because boy did I take lots of BTS photos!) :P

So this clock tower build originally started out as a recolor of the Holiday Train Station clock tower (10259) from 2017! I don’t own the set, I just really liked the look of it :P

The internal build of mine is largely the same for the top of the model, with some minor tweaks, but has a very different concept for the main ‘neck’ of the tower (obviously).

Using jumper plates and tiles, I built the lover level at 7x7 to help center the upper section and give the build a little more depth. I could have just stuck with 6x6 the full length of the build but frankly that would have been pretty boring…

I also wasn’t sure how tall I needed this build to be for principle photography, so I made a riser for the tower to give it more height just in case (or of course to do the opposite to make it shorter in a pinch)
