Damn LifeBrick! Can they make a custom figure or what! Holy smokes! …I guess that’s what $170 bucks’ll get ya though eh?

The fine details of this tiny figure are immaculate! The thinness of the line work is incredible! The light blue texture work is fantastic! Honestly it’s some of the best customization work I’ve seen from LifeBrick since their Phase One Captain America a few years back! It’s genuinely worth every penny when you finally have it in hand.

My only complaint is the blue on the bottom of the feet… if SJBricks can print on the bottom of the feet for a $40 Black Panther figure, I’d expect no less from the $170 LifeBrick Fig and it’s accessories… in fact they’ve done it before with some of their past figs come to think of it… so it’s an odd situation going on there…

Also the flesh Peter Parker head could have been double sided… or the fig pack itself could have included some hair… but it didn’t neeeed it since most of us collectors just have spare Lego hair lying around. It could have been the intention to cut costs and not include one, but I digress.

The masks are neat! It’s certainly a different way of displaying or posing the fig, though it doesn’t quite fit with the concept of the bonus heads when you think about it. Especially from the molded limitations of just a single piece, it feels rather neutral in concept, but they’re made well. They also have a close resemblance to what I could see Lego themselves producing as an official piece… though from most angles it’s got that uncanny valley feeling of not quite lego-y enough because it’s rounded shape. So damned if you do, damned if you don’t I guess.

Messing around with both parts, the half-mask piece works well with most heads but the alignment for the Official Lego half-mask head is a bit off (which understandably it’s gonna work better for regular heads because of how the piece was designed) But hey, I tried it at least! :P

The bonus heads are great! Lots of fun expressions! I really enjoy the heart eyes and the shocked eyes the best! …Though maybe it was luck of the draw, but my copies of the heads are a darker red shade of ABS Plastic. Kind of a bummer, but I’d cop that on Lego and their official color molding process these last few years… Especially parts in shades of red and golds and teals to name a few. It’s a bit of bummer because with the additional cost for the bonus heads, it is a bit jarring to use them with other Spidy fig parts. They look like a completely different color.

One thing I can give LifeBrick’s props for related to the heads, is the bright pure white of those eyes! My gosh do they look sharp as a tack compared to official lego prints!

But honestly, with it’s minor flaws, it's still a damn near perfect minifig! All in all, I’m hella impressed as usual with yet another LifeBrick fig!
