Dr Strange WIP (Patreon)

The Dr Strange movie is just around the corner! I've gotta wait until Sunday to see the film though because of work, but that's no reason to keep this from you guys any longer! ...You'll just have to wait until then

Here we have my modified version of set 76060! In the original kit, the Sanctorum's fancy window is actually bigger than the wall it's placed on, so I felt inclined to give that some height. Additionally, using dark tan tiles I placed a more formal flooring, rather than exposed studs. Plus things like the candles, papers, bottles, goblets, ect. give the build a more "lived in" feeling.

But yeah, besides the build, principle lighting was a breeze! Using printed paper as a simulated night sky, I brightened it with an LED. The final photo shoot incorporated an external flash paired with all of this.
