Okay I’m just gonna come out and say it, this one is my favorite Battinson fig. No need to read the review guys. That's all you really wanna know, right?

Because just look at this thing! My goodness! LifeBrick knows how to make custom minifigs dude, holy shit! The level of care and attention to detail is stunning! The wrap around print is incredibly crisp! The custom parts are sooo good!

This thing is just… it’s perfect! What else can I say really?

Actually no wait, I can!

It would’ve been nice to get an angry expression to match the neutral one. Oh and maybe a gadget or something else too. But like… I can’t think of anything I dislike on this fig! Truly this is so impressive!

For one thing, the color LB came up with is really cool too! It’s a hyper dark grey compared to Lego’s official dark grey plastic that really takes this fig to another level! Pretty sure it might even be the same grey they used in their Netflix Daredevil two-pack?

The facial shaping is really nice for the cowl’d head. It’s really sharp and angled, giving the jawline the implied point that the actor has in the suit. The translation from screen to minifig is amazing!

Also check out those super subtle silver and yellows around the emblem and the belt! They really pop brightly against the grey! That quality alone is something to gawk at! (if you know anything about pad printing, that’s a hell of a challenge to get ink that bright over a dark surface)

Now I could go on and on about every detail in the print, but the parts dude! We gotta talk about the parts! Top tier stuff (even coming from LB’s past failings with custom headpieces)

The stitching in the cowl design is really neat and has got to be my favorite detail! There’s even some slicing added in to make it look a little more weathered which is neat!

The cape is also really well shaped! A bit simple in it’s shaping, but enough for me personally. Plus that collar looks great! And of course the custom set of arms included also take this fig up a notch. (and yes, those custom shoulder pads are fused to them, hence the extra set of arms)

Being what all those custom parts bring to the table, the posing is a bit limited though. Not much more than a forward gesture of the arms, and the legs don’t move back all that far.

Even still! I’m floored, truly! Best fig of the year (even if it took forever to get made!)
