KO Customs Iceman - V2! (Patreon)

Now this is a treat! A re-release of a classic KO fig that’s not even that old and/or classic!

Not only that, but my minor gripes about the facial design were adjusted, they gave him some hair, AND they threw in a build all for just $65 and with NO preorder!

Are you kidding me?! Wow!

KO has yet again blown away the competition with a classic character that’s cleanly produced, well priced, all with some crazy quick shipment!

Looking at V1 and V2 side by side is really something enjoyable from a fellow creator that enjoys “the process” of design evolution. Honestly just the removal of that extra blue border of print on the face really goes a long way, but to print the new design over Opalescent plastic?! Not to mention the silver ink for the eyes and teeth!! Ingenious!

Not only that, but this pack came with an extra trans light blue hair for V1! (slightly off in color, but I'll take it!)

The build is a lot of fun too! Nice and simple, but really effective at what it’s trying to be! The ice blast effects are also clever parts use with those plant stems recolored/remolded here in a semi-opaque trans light blue.

Some other noteworthy recolored elements included are the bar-to-studs, and 1x1 stubby brackets, plus some modified elements like these 2.5L bar elements (clearly cut down and sanded from 4L bars)

KO didn’t need to go this hard, but they did and it’s genuinely fantastic!

But uh… now we have two Iceman figs, but not a single classic Cyclops, Jean Grey, Jubilee, or Rogue! Come on Kyle! Give the people (me) what they want! :P
