Holodeck How-To? (Patreon)

I basically just stole this design from Ochre_Jelly… because fuck that crypto lovin, pro AI Art, BrothersBrick buy-out son of a bitch. Seriously, that dude went off the deep end to cloud cookoo bananaland. You don’t wanna look him up these days, trust me. It's very cringy.

As much as I can’t stand Ochre_Jelly’s current posts with all the forced, aged, memes and nft builds, he used to build neat stuff like his old Holodeck where I was HEAVILY inspired to build one myself. In principle, it’s just plate and tile assembly with some snot bricks smooshed in there to hold the vertical tiles in place.

Man this thing is dense too! I lost count at one point, but it has, at the very least, over 400+ black 2x2 plates, 200+ yellow 2x2 plates, nearly 600ish 1x1 plates and about that many technic 1x1 bricks.

I had been tinkering with it for about six months or so, mostly just to order all the parts to build the thing! I wanted to also build the arch, but that still hasn’t quite come together. Not to mention that this thing was pain to photograph with all its reflections bouncing off of itself!

But honestly it was Citizen Brick’s Stephen Hawking just pushed me over the edge to finally shoot something with it!
