I'm not sure how I feel about continuing Kingmaker. If you find a hook that works for you, then by all means. Being the rulers' minions kinda takes away the creativity that allowed the players to have an undead army or Gheren making his own secret police...

I’m very new to everything so my apologies if this comes off as rude or insensitive, would I be possible to do a new kingdom maker story instead of a continuation. Particularly so we can see a full run and growth of the kingdom which we have kind of lost in this situation.

For the Kingmaker set up, I think it would be better to have the new group be an adventuring crew either hired for Arboria or from Arboria. That way IF someone can, they can pop in with the rulers and be like "Hey, I'm here for this bit because I need to make sure X is dealt with" (which from my current understanding could be Fell, Arasne, Gheren, or Brandon) That way you can still have the old group as "doing their own thing" that sometimes intersects with the Adventuring Party

For Kingmaker, it depends on how many of the old group can stay and how much the party dynamic can change. I would prefer continuity. Older players keeping their old characters, maybe get a respec to accomodate partybuild. If that is not possible, I wouldn't mind cameos from the old party either. I know that new people can change the vibe of the group and campaign as a whole, but that's fine.

Having more kingmaker is good and personally i dont mind if party members are replaced we can have froggy's character turn into a giant tree within arboria

I will miss Salty, I really enjoyed what she brought to the table. As for continuing Kingmaker- as long as old and new players are okay with it, I am. And, above all, PLEASE, to all of Nar Dec and especially Zoran and Thurston AFAIK- DO NOT BURN YOURSELVES OUT. YOU ARE NOT CONTENT MACHINES. PLEASE, DO NOT. Take care, y’all. The crew who are moving on, Salty, Maddy, and Froggy, will be missed.

I would really like to see the Kingmaker game continue, I am more into the fantasy games then sci-fi personally. it sucks to lose players from the original group, that said I don't think it would be that big an issue to just integrate the new players and pick back up from where you left off.

Now that I had a chance to listen, as for Kingmaker I'm totally okay with it continuing with new cast mixed in. As for explaining where Lala/Vinky/Bushty went, it could be explained in game as them taking a more administrative role or being envoys to improve relations with other kingdoms or what have you. Given that it's the kingdom running AP, there's tons of in universe reasons that make perfect sense to have them be background NPCs that can come forward again if their players are available to guest in the future.

For kingmaker I think it could be fun to a little time jump or something and then have the new characters join some old ones. I think the most important thing is, what works well for the vibe of all the players and also works for the story. Which ever way it goes I'm looking forward to it!

Narratif

I would adore to return to Kingmaker and Arboria. It felt sad that it ended even though only some of the cast stepped away. So if we reunite with Fell, Peppin, Arasne and Geren, as well as a number of new folks that have been attracted by a haven for the ecclectic folks, that would be lovely.

That explains the swarm of anime ladies. I would love king maker to continue, even with a new group. After all not everyone is immortal but could have them as npc/escorts/switch in on occasion. After all just getting taxes would be a quest in itself. Continuing the story would be cool.

Kingmaker is a long campaign. Do a time skip. Reduce the possibility that you drop more people and drop interest. Shuffle and combine as you see fit. Otherwise end it. I love the new chaos series. Please do more. I know you all want to be serious, but have still have some fun. Everything in moderation. You are in fact NOT obliged to "yes and" everything.

Concerning Kingmaker. Zoran, if you're having so much fun with it you want to continue playing, then you should keep playing. I'm in support of whatever makes the people of NarDec happy.

Really hope you can finish Kingmaker, so many campaigns are low level but Kingmaker has the promise of getting to the end. And as much as I love the player characters, the Kingdom is it's own character and that would be continuing.

I would definitely be up for more Kingmaker with some new folks coming in to fill slots. A timeskip would make some sense for the roster shuffle. I think I'd prefer characters from players still there remain the same, just with new characters for the new players. As if they're newer members of the community who have integrated themselves.
