Last Week's Recap

Eze was sick for a few days, causing some delays.

A Rotgrind writing stream was completed, though it had tech issues to be fixed.

Chaos Odyssey Episode 3 released on the 9th; the release schedule was adjusted slightly this month but will get back on track with two Rotgrind releases at month's end.

Thurston was on vacation (Warhammer-fueled, apparently) and is driving home today.

An animation from Mikura went out on the 11th and is doing well on YouTube.

This Week's Agenda

Spring cleaning — updating podcast info, crediting people, writing episode summaries (a longer ongoing project), and fixing a duplicate episode issue on Apple Podcasts.

Project management — looking for a free tool the whole team can use to stay organized, replacing the current Excel/to-do list system.

Tech fixes — fixing the Black Crusade nameplate bars that kept disappearing during recording.

PDF creation — finishing a new Bestiary-style PDF for Rotgrind, including lore pages for monsters.

Marketing & social media — getting clips posted to social platforms and improving merch ads with in-session, scripted ad bits featuring the cast.

Voice acting — finishing up the Kingmaker animation/voice work.

Season of Ghost prep — waiting on players' character info to place art orders with Skelly (the artist), get name plates done, and prep GM reference cards.

ZoranTheWizard channel — maintaining it; The Best Dungeon Master Advice I Ever Received did well.

Audience/NPC tech experiment — a module allowing chatters to voice NPCs is mostly working; content filters are being refined.

Merch — exploring Tugburt plushies with the merch company (cost is a concern given current world conditions).

Membership tiers — fixing the Patreon/YouTube membership rollout order for Chaos Odyssey episodes so paying members get content first as intended.

Team Notes

No Black Crusade recording today since Thurston is traveling.

Rotgrind stream scheduled for the 15th.

Streams happen at Twitch.tv/NarrativeDeclaration and YouTube @NarrativeDeclaration; schedule is on their website at narrativedeclaration.com.
