Good morning, everybody. Hope everyone had a good week and weekend. It's currently September the 28th and we are back with the latest on what's going on behind the scenes.

Last week

It was a heavy week with a lot of meetings, so a couple of things landed on the table:

We brought on a new clips finder and a compilation video editor. Both are contract-based and on a probation period. I'll properly introduce them once they've settled in.

The NAS setup video and the AI protection behind-the-scenes post both went up on Patreon. Thanks to everyone who left comments, it means a lot.

A handful of animations got finished, and a preview of the next WarHams Chaos Odyssey animation is coming.

On the recording side, WarHams a Chaos Odyssey is near the end. We've got about two to three recordings left to finish out the Odyssey. The good news is that if people super want it back or we have an itch, we can always come back and run another campaign with those characters.

WarHams 2nd Edition test sessions (delayed)

A heads up: the WarHams 2nd Edition test session streams are delayed. The plan is that once the Chaos Odyssey recording is done, we take that recording day for WH2E, and mostly through October and November it'll be all WarHams 2nd Edition stuff. We want to test the characters and see if we like the dynamic.

We'll be live streaming it, and it'll be free, distributed the same way Rotgrind is. Streams, folks get your exclusive VODs, then its released out in a bi-weekly schedule.

We're also getting the production pieces done for the Chaos Odyssey so everything's ready for the animator, and we want a nice animation for the beginning.

Fixing the video hosting

I'm making sure all the Kingmaker videos are either on Patreon or fixed. You may see Kingmaker Episode 2 randomly pop back up in the feed. I was trying to sort out the video stuff, and the link on Episode 2 got messed up and corrupted the post. I tried to move it to Patreon hosting, but it bugged out. I've been contacting Patreon support for months, and their only answer was to make a brand new post, which would mess up all the dates and the organization. I've more or less given up on that route. What I'm doing instead is getting everything switched over to the Patreon video platform, and that's happening very soon, within the week.

After Rotgrind and the Odyssey

Once Rotgrind and WarHams of Chaos Odyssey are done, here's what's in the rotation as filler:

Secrets of Grace: a fill-in show for whenever Thurston isn't available with me, Kab, Speaker, Odo, and Hulky hop in.

Warhammer Fantasy, 4th Edition: we looked into it again and landed on 4th Edition, mostly because Foundry already has everything set up for it. That's what we'll lean on for the filler slots between WH2E.
