"Ooh. Careful, Aubrey. Take it slow..."

Iva had been planning this for some time.

For months she had been trying to determine who was cribbing of her work, she knew it was someone in another department, another team - and the woman running that section did not have the know-how to be making the leaps they were. No, it wasn't the person in charge, but someone on her team was definitely feeding ideas up. Whoever it was was clever and had hidden their tracks remarkably well. It had cost the older woman multiple opportunities at this point.

At last though, there had been a slip up. A login appeared on one of Iva's manged projects, only for a moment, before it had reappeared as someone else - someone untraceable. Whoever it was had forgot to log out of their main profile before they did their next bout of snooping, but that five second error was all she had needed.

Aubrey. Iva should have suspected, but she was such a quiet member of the team, one of the younger members too. She hid her true colours well.

Iva wouldn't stand for this. No one took credit for her hard work, no matter who they were. A lesson had to be taught.

The next brilliant experiment she concocted would be entirely off-line, so that Aubrey's digital snooping would find nothing. The older woman's next project was going to be something amazing, something that would definitely leave an impression - and who better to be the first human experiment?

Iva bided her time, uploading less than stellar work to keep Aubrey distracted. The older woman was working on a liquid that could shrink living organisms it came into contact with, and with their company's Halloween party on the horizon, Iva decided that was the perfect time to take care of the little thief.

She had set up her private lab in advance and distilled a very specific variant of her serum as well. Iva intentionally bumped into Aubrey, who had dressed as a cliche scientist, and spilled several drops of her serum onto the younger woman. Her latest invention worked a treat. Within moments the younger of the pair dwindled to the floor, collapsing into her silly costume, and was easily retrieved by the now enormous hand of the older woman.

As she held the confused, squirming woman in her hand, Iva found Aubrey's glasses and applied a few drops of her variant, which shrunk her glasses to a fitting size.

Then, without anyone in the work party noticing, Iva stole Aubrey away to her private lab - where she forced Aubrey into a doll's attire she had taken from home.

"That little dress suits you far better than that 'sexy scientist' look, sweetie. Now, I know you've been stealing my work. I'm sure you'd love to do the same to the concoction that made you this... far more manageable size, but we'll see if you get that chance..."

Aubrey was protesting, angry, defiant, trying to reason, but it was all just noise to the towering Iva.

The gigantic woman had filled a tray with her original serum, placed a ruler across it precariously, and set Aubrey's tiny glasses on the other side of the makeshift 'plank'.

"Now, if you can cross to the other side, get your glasses, and apologize to me very nicely... I'll think about giving you a drop of the antidote. If you fall in though? Well, you saw what a few drops of this did to you... I doubt you'd want to go swimming in it."

"Iva! I can barely see without my glasses!" Squealed the shrunken colleague.

"Oh, I know." Iva said with dark satisfaction. "And you were what, on your third wine? I hope the loud music downstairs isn't distracting either. Now, get moving or I might get bored and bump this little tub a bit..."

Whatever happened next, Iva got the submission she decided, or her little thief problem would take care of itself...
