Solid album! Bittersweet as we don't know if this may be their last full album 😭 I do have a reaction for the MV but I will edit and publish it tomorrow - just wanted to get some Patreon vids out before I sleep.

just mentioning that long way back & extra are unit songs! long way back - hao, taerae, ricky, jiwoong extra - hanbin, yujin, matthew, gunwook, gyuvin my personal fav would def be iconik, goosebumps & long way back but im so so excited to see lovesick game choreo live! i need lovesick game & dear eclipse to be next to each other on the setlist for my mental health 🙂‍↔️

The comeback show recording was divided into two days, and one day they spent more than 12 hours on the set except for second day's things, and the next day I know I recorded IKONIK and IKYK for 3-4 hours. (Of course, fans were served by Wakeone in the middle. I was there the first day too.)

star eyes reminds me so much of here I am 😭🤣 about the renewal... 9 or none for me and if 9 then in better company at least bcs the was Ricky and Jiwoong are mistreated is insane... the biggest problem is yuehua and 4 members are from yh so it would be dumb to just leave 5 out of 9 members continue imo especially since those 4 members have big fanbase especially Hao and Yujin (Ricky too) about the album... is it my fav? probably not but I still like it a lot especially iconik (I think my top 3 if not fav title track so far, hopefully not last 😭) and yes you're so right with the NCT sound, I hear it the most in Slam Dunk bcs it reminds me so much of 90's love especially Gunwook's rap part

Yay ! I actually really liked this album ! More specifically I liked how much their vocals shined overall on the album. You were talking about how ZB1 needs to be know as a group of SINGERS, and I agree with you. I think WakeOne (as much as I hate this company) is on the right track for this at least. Overall they're trying to give them more and more songs that show their vocals in priority. And this is why I'm really happy that Iconik is the title track. It's an amazing showcase of their vocals, from high belts to runs and riffs, complicated melodies and transitions. Like there is a lot of things in it. Overall my favorites songs from the album are "Long Way Back", "Star Eyes" and "I know U know". Not surprising as I love ballads and just beautiful melodies in general. Oh also, it made me laugh how you were surprised by Hanbin's belt in Iconik because "usually it's Taerae". Because actually it isn't x) Taerae is doing a lot of those but Hanbin did as much of these "high notes in the end of the song" as TaeRae since their debut. A few examples : In Bloom, Take my Hand, Melting point, and there is more in their b-sides ^^

I feel like there's hope with yuehua cause EVNNE is doing well (seemingly anyway, I dont follow them as heavily but my friend is a huge fan so I hear about them). and aren't some of the idols there with yh and would then be slated to regroup with zb1 yh members?

I was really waiting for you and thanks!!.. I don't know if you know that but "EXTRA" and "Long way back" are a unit song (for EXTRA :Hanbin,Gyuvin,Yujin,Gunwook,Matthew) (for LONG WAY BACK: Jiwoong,hao,Ricky,Taerae, ) ...and i love them so much ,jiwoong's voice is always make me happy!!

About "Star eyes" the members says its look like "Here i am" from boys planet ... and "I know u know" its a sad song , After they finished it Hanbin was talking with the fans and Taerae was crying 😞

We gathered from the early morning hours and finished a little before midnight, so honestly, it was tough in the second half, but the members did a lot of fan service, so I was energized again (think of the last part of Goosebumps video, that was the last song of that day)🥹🥹 It was also fortunate that wakeone handed out meal tickets by picking up menus that would cheer up around the filming location (I ate samgyetang). Honestly, I think that was the best thing they've done in recent lol

I'm so happy you got to their album so quickly! I really enjoyed your reactions~ I was truly blown away by this album! This ranks right after YITS (first album has special place in my heart LOL). Like you mentioned, I was so happy the members got to showcase their AMAZING vocals. Lovesick Game and Goosebumps are my favorite songs so far. I also agree with your thoughts about only some members renewing... I'm an OT9 for life and it's just so hard to imagine them not fully together :( Since we don't know what's going to happen, I'm just trying my best to support them as much as I can while they are still together! Thank you for always being here supporting the boys as well ever since BP1, Jeff!
