Mnet was not allowing contestants to go to the hospital during filming. So that’s why lots of people (especially C planet) talked about illnesses or being hurt after they left. For example Kaiwen and Zhong Xing (Mr Sexy) had flu like illness during the beginning of the show, Hengyu had pain issues and needed shots for his back, and Jiahao had an injured shoulder. Jiahao openly talked about his pain in the behind the scenes, and had to wait until B2P was over to get treatment. So Geonwoo probably had to wait until after the show to really be treated. But if you look closely during the final, you’ll notice at the end, Jiahao helped Geon woo down the steps, before the group took their final bow. So his injury went way back too.

It is mostly the maknae line sharing rooms except Sangwon is slightly younger than Geonwoo. If I remember correctly, Geonwoo volunteered to share the big room with Sanghyeon. This dorm division has Leo and Jiahao (both introverts) with their own rooms in the unit with Geonwoo and Sanghyeon (both extroverts) sharing the master bedroom. The other unit has Sangwon (introvert) and Junseo (extrovert) in their own rooms with Xinlong and Anxin (both introverts) sharing the master bedroom. Pretty sure both of the shared bedrooms are the loudest combinations (considering Xinlong's and Anxin's laughs), so it's good that they're split between the two dorms lol. I also noticed that the oldest member in both units (Junseo and Arno) have the single rooms directly across from the dorm entrance.
