really really love this album! my favorites are cold coffee (that haechan's part near the end had me like uhgh, so good), tricky (saw a lot of the fans from my tl not vibing with the song but i'm looooving it haha), and beat it up (this song is so catchy). definitely a 10/10 album for me

I forgot where it was mentioned but the dream members have been practicing a lot with their vocal coach before tds4. It was mentioned in the bttf live that SM usually provided free vocal lessons but Chenle was using too much that he had to pay for his own 😭 If you're able to listen to the gbtf album, Jisung really get to shine as a vocalist there, it was really nice. Unlike the TT, the album has a summer boy band vibe. It's pretty enjoyable and the harmonization there is 🤌

From what I know they have been doing alot of vocal lessons. Especially Jisung and Chenle. They both seem very passionate about it too. Jisung also said that he unlocked a new octave in his singing which we got a glimpse of in one of their behind the scenes. He really is growing so much with his own vocal color. Album wise, beat it up, rush, cold coffee and Tricky are my favourite songs. Absolutely obssesed

Thanks, Jeff, for the reaction! 🙂 Yes, please react to the BTTF album🙏 Just to clarify: only BTTF and Chiller were performed in TDS4, they haven’t done the b-sides yet. The songs you thought were from the new album are actually from their previous one🙂

Yes! Please do react to the BTTF album, I would say Jisung really shines on that one :) and as a Jeno stan, I really appreciate the tons of vocal lines he got on the album :) For Beat It Up, title track aside (which I really love), I am actually Team Tricky! 😆🫶🏻

BTTF album is actually really good, personally, i love ‘i like it’ and ‘miss me’, but ‘beautiful sailings’ is such an interesting song, production wise Great album to experience, I really recommend to listen to it😊

there weren’t ANY new songs from BTTF album except title tracks😭 in tds4, all the songs you thought was new, were from their the most OLD albums🤧 like b-sides from their first actual mini album “we young”

i liked hearing u talk about how their vocals have changed and grown! it's natural for them to get better with more experience but i agree that they're definitely improving and sounding more and more stable and supported in their vocals, especially members like jisung and jeno who aren't main vocalists. as you mentioned, they do have a new vocal coach! i did some sleuthing on her awhile back after tds4 and she's worked with sm artists for years including changmin, suho and doyoung! she seems to have a background in musical theater vocals so i wonder if maybe that's contributed to dreamies' vocal improvement too. i'd love to hear u react to the bttf album as well if u get the chance. i also wasn't a big fan of bttf or chiller (tho chiller's grown on me a lot) but the b-sides are quite good and there's a lot of really wonderful vocal moments (songs like 'bout you and beautiful sailing) that i think u'd enjoy!! they also didn't perform any of the b-sides during tds4 so they would be totally new songs for u!!

nah nah it's ok - like I said, we're all growing up with nct dream so our tastes change overtime as well. like even with Beyonce and her different eras, some fans do not resonate with her later comebacks.
