Epic performances!! Which ones are your favorite??

Reminder we will also be doing most of the big awards/year end shows like MMA. KBS + SBS + Golden Disc probably too just depends on the performances but I've loved them in the past so it's more likely.

Lee know dancing so hard on a twisted ankle was crazy ( right after chk chk boom) they all did amazing so glad they finally got the grand prize they had been wanting

CORTIS basically showed everyone why they are Rookie of the Year. Their stage was titled Made By CORTIS, so i guess it was their idea and decision to not have grand special effects or back dancers, they skipped the conventional formula and did their own thing, coloring outside the lines, which is their brand. They've proven they can own that stage with their presence and energy alone, and people applauded that. For FASHION, we' ve, already watched tons of stages of the choreography, so for me, the switch to the rock version and just moving and hyping the audience is genius. They are just a little over 100 days old and already have so much power it is so amazing to watch.

Idid and Kickflip had a great stage! The survival show (Debuts Plan) that formed Idid is still one of the best I’ve ever watched. Glad to see them at the Mamas.

Boynextdoors Hollywood action has a key focus on dance, that the camera kept going into the crowd and it didn’t show it and I was disappointed with the camera man lol. But if you get the chance you should watch their dance practice video to Hollywood action

Thanks for reacting to izna! This was definitely a step up from last year. As for the KPDH covers, you are absolutely right. Ktwt is currently a war zone between fandoms arguing who did the best cover, and others complaining that none of them lived up to the standard. What people don’t understand is that this song is almost impossible to sing live perfectly, and even less while dancing. Each group did the cover based on their strengths: Izna is a heavy-dancing/performing group so they did a lipsync cover with dance and performance, while BM is a strong vocal group so they did a live performance without dancing. And I think BOTH groups did great!!! I don’t understand the hate.

Paradise is from Treasure’s most recent comeback - they have a couple of music videos from their new album and a couple of performance videos as well. They are really great. I hope you get a chance to react to Everything, Paradise, and Now Forever videos from them.

Lol, Jeff ‘No labels part 02’ is like his next album, not a part 2 of the MV, but Yeonjun did say part 2 is sooner than we think! So still 3 more songs for you to listen to! Most likely in April/May

Oh and I really appreciate Baemon's Ahyeon singing Golden considering that she's been criticized about her voice. She was so brave to sing that song live in front of 50k people. Not a Baemon fan but i need people to give this girl a break.

For izna, to be fair, only their KCON's performance is clearly lip-sync/live AR. The other one at the Liberation Day Ceremony is quite confusing. Jung-eun clearly sang, Jee-min had one flat note, and it's too difficult to determine whether Sae-bi sang or not. As their supporter, I believe they sang with backtrack, which is totally understandable since they danced as well. That's also why the fan-war between Naya and Monstiez is absolutely pointless because the intentions of 2 performances are totally different. A comparison between StayC and BaeMon would make more sense.

Yes, I think that due to the criticism and response they really tried to do it LIVE for their next performance, but it is a hell of a song, so it was mostly backtrack with some live vocals on top. But I agree, it is not a fair comparison since both groups performances served different purposes, and they were both phenomenal in their own way

While I think most of the criticism towards her on X is full of hatred and non-sensical, there are still some that I believe constructive and helpful for her, and their fans need to understand that as well. For me, it could have been a 10/10 if she didn't raise that note at the end. It's just not a good choice. Either she got carried away, she wanted to break the norm or the company told her to do so. It was a mistake, in my opinion, but it's very normal coz it's live stage. I hope and also believe that in the future, she will execute her voice with much better control just like how she dominates her stages now.

I agree, she was doing great until that little tweak at the end. I believe she's still young, with practice and experience, she will get stable and will be able to do better choices in terms of her vocal techniques in the future.

Man, you really miss quite a lot of stuff from izna. I'm still waiting for your album reaction, and also their OST "Sass" for Street Woman Fighter. "Sass" is exactly the song that you want at that high level. In fact, izna was scheduled to perform "Sass" for the red carpet stage of MAMA, but it got cancelled due to the situation. If you're interested, they had a combo stage of Mamma Mia and Sass for their fan concert. I highly recommend you check it out. For me, it's their best performance so far, even better than that of MAMA despite much smaller in scale.

Lmao did you accidentally skip BNDs intro? It’s really cool, they use the announcer voice and Park Bogum to act as if there’s a new “movie award” segment but they’re the only nominees, for Scene Stealer. A very clever intro for the Hollywood theme

For Babymonster, they changed the song from Psycho to Drip because of HK tragedy. And Pharita had to change the lyric from "burn it up" to "going up" too.

Definitely worthy. Not to mention their b-side Racecar in the album. It contains their most signature sound as izna and its choreography is among the most sophisticated of theirs. I'm not sure if you will like it, coz many people find the moves awkward, but no doubt it is the most difficult to execute.

Bumsup performance was a different one. Uh-Hueng is the sound of the tiger in korean. This performance is like the dancers are painting brushes and they are painting the tree on the floor and after that the blue flowers blossom. The painting is also part of old korean traditional paintings. The dancing with the tigers and the dancer with those long sleeves are also part of korean dancing named tal-chum (탈춤).

I really loved the choreo of Izna's performance and the vocals of Stayc and Baemon. IVE also sang Golden in one of their live stages but I can't find a decent full copy on YouTube.
