I rember a while ago on an interview that I was watching Mark mentioned that there was a Ajumma working for Sm that was really scary. He said that they were scare of her but that she does not work for Sm anymore. I wonder if he was talking about her.

probably! so much adds to a groups' success and as a director, she should know that. a group be really good or like bad but if they resonate with fans, they become successful

Seems like she’s not a trainer and more like an overseer to check if they’re being diligent. If she’s the director of the trainee developmental centre and all she does is watch and not train then I guess she’s keeping tabs on who’s improving and not giving up. I remember Jaemin spoke about how one these ladies saw him not giving his 100% and gave him a talk and pushed him by comparing him to Jeno who started at the same time as him but is farther ahead then Jaemin in training. I think they get trained and then left to work on it themselves and then these staff keep tabs on them. But I remember someone talked about how the non vocal members don’t get the same amount of vocal classes and if they joined then they felt like they were holding the class behind. I mean Taemin didn’t have proper lines in Shinee debut song because his voice was not strong but through his own will to train he worked really hard and Jonghyun helped him which is why ppl say he has a similar style to him at times. But that was his own push not SM because he was just meant to be the main dancer. I know Jisung trained his voice more after his voice dropped and he became more of a vocalist. So it seems like SM gives the base training, then separates them into categories and then it’s up to the trainees if they ask for more classes. It’s crazy though they should just train them all with actual trainers not these psychological warfare games they play.
