At this point, gimme a live album version cause these songs sound much better live 🥳 This was also so beautiful 😭 I missed them so much! Great they did some older songs too!!

This is the Netflix edited version btw. It seems like they fixed the camera work from the livestream.

The footage won't load in HD for me in the beginning so I was complaining about it but I did fix it post-production. I had to connect my ethernet cable and turn off the wifi so that it loads properly. Everything should be good but let me know if there's anything wonky.

Reminder we'll also do the documentary and the Goyang concert so stay tuned!

For me I love when the songs sound better live and I really love this album so much more now. Seems like after the military they really have grown much more and their vocals are more stable now. Their dance moves and gestures seem much more natural and flowy. There's an interview were Jimin and Namjoon said that their stamina was not there and thought that they would not be able to dance but Hobi made them practice a lot! Also Jimin's look is so good that even my muggle mom was saying that he looked like a very handsome vampire and his dance skills were crazy.

It actually works out better that you recorded and reacted later. The live subs were super off and frustrating. This way you were able to focus and react to their actual performance more.

Bts always does live better; their lives are always too good. I am not sure of the numbers or which numbers were counted for the concert. They were very strict on the number of people on site for safety reasons, especially because its a public area. So there was a ticketing system for it. Other fans were in different viewing spots.

Totally agree Jeff! I think all of ARMY would appreciate a LIVE or more LIVE version of the album more than the current version. Honestly, just release the LIVE versions from this show, and ARMY would be ecstatic.

I've been thinking about all that processing on the album. Watching this LIVE again, as I'm listening, I'm noticing more places where their voice cracks, edges from being perfectly on pitch to like on or under the note (NOT OFF PITCH!), or they are straining to reach the notes. I wonder if some of the processing was to hide that. They also did some interesting things in Post to make the voices mirror the instrumental sound. It blew my mind from an audio editing perspective, but I do think it made their voices more "dead" than "alive" in the album since it mimicked the cold and metallic sounds they used in a lot of the songs, especially the hype songs that call back to the Skool Trilogy era.

As someone who loves the album (from the second listen when I had lyrics) the Live is still better. The performance adds a lot to it as it always has with them. Their energy does so much. When I went back to listen to the album after the live with the knowledge of what it looked like on stage, the listening experience got better too.

I believe the officials numbers say over a 100,000 people were there. Based on mobile phone data. But most people couldn’t get close to the location due to the security measures. There are multiple vlogs of people trying to find an viewpoint and you can see the crowds around them

I’m Army and I like both the live and album versions. Everyone’s opinions are different, there’s a song and style for everyone in the BTS discography that’s what’s so special

So I’m one of those who LOVEEEEED the album. And I think it depends on the song, because for example 2.0 is a song that I already loved in the beginning but maybe was not top 5 for me but after I saw the choreography it definitely escalated. Swim as an example, I’m obsessed but the live performance make more obsessed haha. Or hooligan even tho I like it was one of my least favorite, but the live performance sold me more on the song. So it’s even, for me the live performances complement very well the songs on the album. Since the album was a 10/10 for me, now is 20/10 😂

I understand you love it better live, I would prefer all songs live but they have to start from somewhere and then the magic comes in the live performances

I never thought of that as a factor why it's less than predicted but honestly it was the government who estimated that based on the Festa 10th year where the guys are in the military where I heard 400k came but that's Festa though. It was already planned by most ARMYs. The estimate of around 40k was vased on mobile data that tracks korean sim so it excluded the international ARMYs. Hybe and even now, most are correcting and publishing that it's around 104k that attended.

By the way I came here as soon as I found out that you watched the Comeback Live since I need a my mutual Jimin Bias to appreciate him especially his dance with. Speaking of which, have you seen the fancams for their Spotify Swimside performance? You might die if you see Jimin's look on those clip especially in 2.0. I can send you the OT7 and Jimin focus one if you don't have it yet. There are some that cut the other members for the OT7 but found one that shows all of them 😍

If I follow my own perspective I would understand why some people doesn't like it, but if I allow myself to understand the artistry of BTS, then that's when I understand the outcome. In the end, I enjoyed the entire album and I'm so proud and glad that all songs have their own fandoms 😅💜
