I may or may have not been refreshing your page forever 😂😂😂

Neo Wave

Omg yasss I’ve been waiting for this!

Louie Gabiliño

I may or may have not been doing it with you for the last week. 😂

BaoziBang (Tali) 🏳️‍🌈

Every Member of TVXQ/DBSK (Tohoshinki in Japan/Tong Vfang Xien Qi in China/Dong Bang Shin Ki in Korea, it roughly translates to Rising God's of the East) has 2 Names (one being a Stage Name) U-Know Yunho Max Changmin Former Members: Hero Jaejoong Micky Yoochun Xia Junsu They use both names, but promote solo under their Stage Names. (Junsu/Xia still promotes under his Stage Name. Jaejoong and Yoochun use their real names.)

BaoziBang (Tali) 🏳️‍🌈

BTW, TVXQ debuted in 2003 which makes them a bit of a Greyzone Gen wise. I usually say they are Gen 1.5 because they aren't old enough to be 1st Gen but too senior to be 2nd Gen.

Katelyn

i’m sorry but when you said yunho is from U-know i died laughing 😭

Katelyn

random fun fact but when taemin said “i have a bad feeling ring ding dong will distract people from studying” he was referencing how ring ding dong had to literally be banned from being played on radio stations in korea during exam season bc it was so catchy it distracted students

LiveLaughLoveZonZon

He is from TVXQ. His stage name is U-Know. Real name is Yunho 😂

eve_ss

I'm not sure if you already know this, but just to share with you about the "Yunho reference" . He is known as the KING of passion, he always gave it his best in every performance, being sloppy and lazy is not on his dictionary. That's why they always tease him because he's always trying hard and giving his best Hahaha this Yunho reference is so well-known. Knowing Brothers usually use this reference on their show whenever "passion" is the topic. 😂😂

Joanne Elizabeth

Yunho is from U-Know , sorry Jeff but oh i died laughing 😅 😂 🤣 he is from TVXQ his stage name is U-Know but he is actually Yunho !!!

donthaveanamestill

Heart Attack and Code(SHINee's fav in the whole album) are b-side tracks with music show live performances and I actually prefer them to Don't Call Me. Btw Taemin's fancams for both song are INSANE and I just can't quit watching... It is also fascinating to see their differences in dance style by those fancam videos(for me, especially Taemin and Minho). Kinda wish that you can check out those full-group fancam updated by music shows as well :p

LiveLaughLoveZonZon

Jeff that is the mentality of Minho. He is the most competitive idol I have ever seen 😂

Shia

They counted the throwback part where they all pretend to be their 2008-self as Key's bit! Kind of sad tho he didn't get a part where he's alone, him directing the outfits and concepts would have been fun

Lola

Jeff you should have watched the stage as there’s something a little different from the MV performance

LT

Thank you for this reaction!!😍❤️ shawols are so happy

yanamuhd

Thank you so much Jeff ❤️ I’m watching this at the office lol i need to rewatching again later at home.

BaoziBang (Tali) 🏳️‍🌈

That's not Idol Mentality. That's Minho being Minho. There is this saying: When Yunho, Siwon and Minho are in 1 Room even Lee Sooman doesn't go in there. They are just too passionate!

Kaszy Notte

I laughed at the bit where you said Taemin should get angry cause SM isn’t promoting their album. But, I must say I’d have to disagree!! SHINee interns have been craving for a comeback like ITS BEEN YEARS and they are doing such an amazing job because they have been promoting like CRAZY. They are legit everywhere and this time, the members planned to come out more on social media rather than TV (ofc they still go to music shows and i mean it shows cause they’ve been getting trophies like crazyyy) So I can’t even be mad at SM for not promoting SHINee because they announced the comeback DAYSSSSS in fact a full MONTH (and more) that Shinee was coming back

noura

I loved your reaction! There is a doucuemantery interview with SHINee where they talk with music critic and a dj about their new album and the process and i would love to see u react to it. They talked about music and dived deeply into it which was really new to see https://youtu.be/b2qy-sfu4sU . And would u consider reacting to their Weekly idol appearances ? SHINee appearances are so so fun.

noura

Yeah but before that SHINee and Taemin were not even promoted well at all. Jonghyun Solo music was not promoted and same with Taemin which is annoying. It feels like SM promoted them well this time just because Lee Sooman likes the title track. SHINee in their whole career were never promoted this good like this comeback. Like the amount of the shows that we got from this comeback are much much more then any other comeback they have ever had.

Kaszy Notte

Absolutely. Don't worry, I've been an SM stan since 2009 so I'd know their track record. However, I do not believe that it is JUST because Sooman likes the title track that it is getting promoted like this. Shinee is one of the most, if not, most loved group in SM Ent. and you can see their interns and staff have missed them so much if you look at how Onew interacted with them during his vlog thing on their Youtube channel. I do believe that it is also with SHINee actually being able to be truly free and choose their own content that they are being promoted like this. They're a legendary group so they deserve to be treated in such way.

jinkichimchim

Omg that reaction helped me to go through my very tiring work day thank you so much 💜 I know doing 2 hours long reactions is not easy 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

noura

SHINee are loved by the whole staffs and directors in the industry because they are known for being kind and respectful. i don't think it has anything to do with the memebrs being free and choosing their own content because there no artist who doesn't want their stuff to be promoted well. Taemin was so upset about what happened to his album and even went live on instagram and talked about it. Jonghyun when he released his album "She Is" The other members themselves promoted Jonghyun's album in every event they went to because of the lack of promotion. Until now fans are begging sm to reprint SHINee old albums like how they do it for other groups but there is no response. Even for their latest album its out of stock and the fans asked the company to to make the album on stock but Sm response was " we didn't know that an old groups can sell this many albums" Like wtf? all the other big and old groups like Suju and Tvxq have their albums on stock but when its comes to SHINee they igonre it.

noura

Its so cute how u noticed how happy Minho is lol. Minho loves his members so much its so cute. And about Onew u asked if he is singing his parts in the medley but actually he sang all of Jonghyun's parts<3

Isabela Macêdo

Yunho is from TVXQ. U-know is his stage name.

H Almu

pls react to their “shinee’s back” reality series from 2018 it’s very short and fun 5 episodes! and they’re actually reality not skits lol

noura

Omg yes its such a cute show and its really short each episode is almost 13 minutes

Omayma

I love SHINee.

Omayma

This part got me CRYING eixbiwdbdudh when he said he is Yunho from U-Know Bwhahahshsshsgsu I COULDN'T HOLD IT DJSBXUSB

cloudh

Jeff , you'll be more happy and satisfy if you can start to read what they said . I got that feel when I start understand what they saying . even reading names can make you happy to learn korean . Goodluck Jeff , practice hard 🤞

rk2000

Yunho is from TVXQ- his stage name is U-Know

Shanz

Also SM is trash and do tend to mismanage. But yes they have a lot of money but I feel like they also have like so many active major groups and solo projects that budgeting for all all these comebacks must be a nightmare but it is their job so they better figure it out. I don't know I just wondering.

Anonymous

fun fact: the shinee medley song that onew recreated, was mostly from jonghyun's part. :)

yanamuhd

Yesss pleaseeee

yane

TVXQ will host this season of Kingdom. So you'll see a lot of him.

NAYARA

Hi, how are you? I hope you have fun watching the boys. If you liked "Heart Attack" and "Marry You", I strongly recommend that you listen to the rest of the album.

Alice Bang

I'm SO old! I remember all this outfitsfrom '00, I'm crying

Alice Bang

They promoted 4 songs from the album + Marry you.

RosaAliasHyatt

This was hilarious as expected from SHINee! I am really basking in all their videos this time! They did a lot of things in just 2 weeks. Btw Key's part was actually the throwback video with U-Know Yunho of TVXQ!! The amount of references they made just during that part was crazy so I can only imagine the amount of drama references I missed when they were in SHINee Inc. About Minho having a very idol behaviour... I have to say it was more Minho being Minho. A normal idol would have stopped after the 5 tries. He went and begged for 5 other tries and that is very Minho. He probably stopped only because he was too tired but I am sure, one day he will just either upload a youtube video or a igtv video to show us how he managed to nail this challenge. Someone already commented about that but I will just comment about it too! They did an interview where they talked about their music, it was really interesting so I think you might be interested to watch it. More than that, I know you enjoy watching the recording session of NCT, SHINee actually released 2 recording session videos (for now) for Heart Attack and Don't call me. I think you might like those videos too. I hope they will release more videos like that (or at least the recording session of CODE) because they are really interesting. Apart from that, SHINee actually performed 3 differents bsides already : Heart Attack, CODE and Kind. It would be nice if you check out CODE and Kind too. Speaking of Kind, it reminded me you talked about IU during Taemin part. SHINee went to IU's Palette and it was just wholesome. You can check this video too I think.

APS _me

this is remind me of the day i first watch them and get introduced to kpop. i was ligit 7 back then and now im 18. Time flie... how come they don't aged at all...

yanamuhd

I’m watching again. 3rd times already! 🥰

Neo Wave

Jeff I hope you also react to Shinee on Palette it’s so well done and Such a fun interview with IU who is also an amazing singer. They both perform each other’s songs and SHINee performs other songs as well. They also include video clips for reference so it’s also a great way to find out more about SHINee.
