I definitely think you're right, just talent alone most of the time wont get you anywhere, but what needs to be considered is that they're already in one of the biggest companies in Korea meaning they automatically get a lot of exposure and they have a team that focuses on promoting them. So they're bound to become successful eventually, it's just a matter of time. So I think what he means is they shouldnt get greedy and just trust their company to do the work for them and practice instead. Because they already have the eyes on them, so if they're impressive they will achieve their goals. Moreover, I think what he's referring to in particular here is the shady stuff. In Korea a lot of business meetings and stuff like that happen in room salons, bars with private rooms for hostesses to entertain customers.
