Spoilers ahead for those that haven't played this release yet: So I found the zombie ending and the latex zombie ending, the event in the library and the event in the pool area. Didn't find anything else in the school. Did I miss something? There were a -lot- of rooms but honestly the zombies had such high health and there were so many I just blew them all off and ran past. Taking 3 minutes per fight when there are 20+ zombie groups in the school... Nobody wants to spend an hour grinding out zombie battles.

There's a secret area (Heavily story/spoiler heavy) in the school, if you're able to find it. It's kinda the biggest takeaway from that part that's relevant to the game, I suppose. And as for fighting the Zombies? If you went to the pool area they give you a clue, and it's actually kinda cheap way to defeat all the zombies/skip the part instantly based on what the swimmer tells you. If you use this method you clear through it rather swiftly. (Although you might miss some of the goodie drops the Zombie mobs give, warning ya)

Oh I immediately went to the pool area after I first met the group in the cafeteria (I already looped the school once when I entered and checked all the rooms to find nothing.) And I pulled the lever and all that jazz. I guess I'll have to find the secret area when I get a chance to run through it again.

I think one thing you need to focus on is making all the other "optional" areas not end with a "to be continued" game over, cause that really just makes those areas a waste of time.
