Chapter 23, Page 42 (Patreon)

I wanted to post this on Patreon before it goes live on the DZO site--that said, this page is around 90% finished. We're still working on adding a few more details (I'll repost the updated page here once it's complete).

Update: The new version has now been posted above, complete with extra posters in Panel 2, Wilkos' private photo on Panel 3, and new shading detail.
