June Update! (Patreon)

As always, a massive thank you to everyone supporting Danger Zone One on Patreon—we’re extremely thankful to all of the returning supporters and to the many new ones who have joined recently!

Unfortunately, Salaiix was sick earlier this month, so it’s thrown us behind on ‘early access’ updates. We had a nice run for the start of Chapter 24 with getting a few pages ahead, but over the last week Salaiix has been struggling to catch back up. I always fight tooth and nail to have at least a few pages “in the can” to give us a buffer (formatting/lettering/etc the page at the last minute’s never fun), but it seems like that’s been more difficult lately with so many unforeseen issues.

On a positive note, we are ahead on Patreon art, so we have a lot more sketches, pinups, NSFW art, and exclusive content lined up for the rest of this month!

I’ve also been wanting to talk about one of my ongoing goals—which is to have some form of Patreon-Only/SubscribeStar-Only comic that would be exclusive to supporters. Initially, we were doing Pallad City Stories, which was available to NSFW-tier supporters. After a while, Salaiix wasn’t able to keep up the weekly schedule, so we put that on hiatus (which I’m hopeful we’ll return to at some point and finish the “Pleasure Pursuit” storyline). But I’m currently working on two projects with different artists, with the intent that these could be supporter-only comics. Though we’re still only in the pre-production phase of these, I’ll be able to share more details and some concept art in the coming months. The goal is to start posting one of these comics by the end of the summer.
